Fern Brooks is a highly respected payroll professional and educator with over a decade of experience delivering high-quality training programmes. She has been delivering courses for The Learn Centre (UK) since 2010 and plays a key role in managing qualification modules and providing structured mentoring support to students.
Fern delivers both public and in-house training programmes, designed specifically for large organisations. Her work spans across the UK and internationally, including extensive delivery to major outsource centres in Malaysia and Poland. She has in-depth knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations, staff supervision and training, and the implementation of payroll systems, including Oracle, Snowdrop/Sage, DEMA, and other leading platforms.
