Position                       Payroll and Finance Administrator


Reporting                    Finance and Administration Manager


Qualification               Payroll / Finance Qualification or relevant experience in a similar role


Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing of Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Payroll
  • Responsible for the processing and filling of all payroll related Revenue Returns
  • Help streamline process within the payroll function
  • Communicating with Employees, external contractors, Clients etc on any payroll related queries
  • General accounting duties
  • Any other additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time


Requirements – Desirable

  • Experience in the use of Computerised Payroll and Accounting systems
  • Finance/Payroll experience
  • Payroll Qualification preferable
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines/flexibility
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Flexible and can-do attitude
