As a result of continued growth PFH are now looking to hire an additional team member Senior Payroll Administrator to join our busy finance team here in our Cork – Little Island Office.
Skills and Experience Required
Prior Payroll experience required (3 years)
Megapay experience an advantage
Good understanding of Irish tax system – PAYE, USC, PRSI and employment legislation
Good excel knowledge
Good organisational skills
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to work to deadlines and under pressure
High Level of Confidentiality Required
Duties and Responsibilities
Processing Monthly Payroll for 350+ Employees
Producing Payroll Reports to assist the Finance Team
Ad Hoc calculations in response to Employee Queries
ROS – Submitting payroll
BIK Calculations, Overtime, Car Allowance, Bike To Work, Travel Pass, Staff Deductions
Liaising with Group Medical Schemes & Pension Scheme
Assisting Employees with queries by phone and mail
Month End GL Reconciliations & journals
Assisting Finance Departments with other Ad Hoc Duties
Liaise with Recruitment Team for New Hire and Issue of Contracts
New Hire IT Access and Induction
Mid and End Of Probation Checks / Exit Interviews
Ad Hoc Administration Duties
Administering BambooHR (Annual Leave, Sick Leave Reports)
This role will report to the Finance Manager.
