Position Summary

With the implementation of an integrated HR/Payroll System in Beaumont Hospital, we are currently looking for an experienced Project Implementation Payroll Lead to join our project implementation team to support us in driving our project involving best practice HR/Payroll process transformation.

The Project Implementation Payroll Lead will work with a multidisciplinary team in developing, configuring and implementing a Business Solution in collaboration with our project partners.  They will be responsible for dealing with multiple project work streams concurrently – defining, planning, tracking and managing the project and providing the necessary direction and momentum required in order to meet project milestones and objectives to ensure the strict implementation deadline is achieved.

They will play an active role in the overall business support approach to legislative changes and act as a key liaison person for management and staff in delivering a quality service to the HR/Payroll user base.

Once ‘go-live’ has been achieved, they will work with the business and implementation partner to

provide post go-live ‘hyper care’.  To support this phase, they will help to create robust, user friendly training materials to ensure clean system functionality and deliver training to identified system super users.

Following implementation, the post holder will establish a robust support function to maintain a stable system and respond effectively to end-users daily operations and production issues.
