MUFG Fund Services (Ireland) Limited is fully licensed by the Central Bank of Ireland to act as a Fund Administration service provider and is part of MUFG’s Investor Services Group. 

Requirement 

Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for payroll across our EMEA locations. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization.

You Will

  • Ensure full-cycle payroll processing on a monthly basis following Government Legislation and Company Policy
  • Manage multiple payrolls across EMEA, but other global locations may be assigned, where required.
  • Undertake audits of payroll records and perform adjustments and corrections
  • Create payroll reports and provide payroll information to Senior Management
  • Produce and submit ROEs, where required.
  • Prepare and reconcile month end journal entries, payroll and benefits and reconciliations
  • Prepare analysis of payroll and employee costs
  • Prepare and remit Payroll taxes and other relevant remittances
  • Prepare and remit Payroll taxes and other relevant remittances
  • Ensure that all government remittances and other payments are processed
  • Help administer our employee benefit plans
  • Process multiple retirement plan contributions and complete yearly filing requirements
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all employees and partners
  • Create accurate employee files and payroll information
  • Perform year end reconciliations and reporting and help complete audit support and queries
  • Seek to improve payroll and benefit process

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant College Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Have or be working towards a Payroll designation
  • Minimum of 3 years payroll experience
  • Knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
