We are looking for an experienced Global Payroll Manager to manage a team who are responsible for the daily payroll operations for our customers. The Payroll Manager will be responsible to ensure that the payroll operations team are operating within our procedures and methodology. The individual will work with Senior Management to improve efficiencies and processes of the overall operational procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manages a portfolio of global payroll countries and oversees the work on these country engagements.
  • Manage the staff’ day to day payroll delivery for customers.
  • Manage client deliverables via customer payroll calendars.
  • Work with our In Country Partners (ICP) to create strong relationships, accuracy, and efficiencies.
  • Work with the team to ensure validation checks are followed for their payrolls.
  • Organizes and facilitates training programs for junior staff.
  • Mentor Payroll Assistant Managers.
  • Undertake performance management review with the team and report this to Senior Manager.
  • Discuss payrolls with customers if required during Go-Live procedures to ensure all teams are aligned before going live.
  • Ad-hoc projects, analysis and tasks as required.
  • Maintain compliant policies and procedures for Global payrolls.

Requirements
The skills that you have:

  • Possess some Human Resource experience
  • Being proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Demonstrating an understanding of global payroll
  • Showing ability to work with confidential information
  • Minimum 3-5 year’s global payroll department experience
  • Strong attention to detail is essential
