Agenda

Register your attendance and collect your name badge. Tea, coffee, and light refreshments will be available in the foyer — a great opportunity to connect with fellow payroll professionals before the day’s programme gets underway

Ciaran Doherty, Director of Training at IPASS, will formally open the 2026 conference. The address will outline IPASS’s priorities and initiatives for the year ahead, setting the context for the day’s topics and discussions.

A welcome address from our Headline Sponsor, SD Worx, one of Europe’s leading payroll and HR solutions providers.

This session brings together authoritative voices from across the payroll landscape — a representative from Revenue addressing current PAYE matters, a representative from DSP covering PRSI matters, and independent tax expert Mairead Hennessy examining recent tax cases and their potential implications for employers. A comprehensive update spanning both departmental policy and independent analysis.

Five months since the launch of Ireland’s Pension Auto-Enrolment scheme — a panel discussion examining early experiences, implementation challenges, and what payroll professionals need to know as the system beds in.

Option 1 (Hogan Suite)-  Pay Transparency Director with Paul D. Maier

Paul will discuss the obligations due to be placed on employers pursuant to the EU Pay Transparency Directive on 7 June 2026, the efforts being made domestically to implement those obligations into Irish law, and the opportunities for employers who embrace an open and straightforward approach to pay.
