Role Overview

Lotus Care provides a range of residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting.

We are looking for an accounts & payroll executive to support the Finance team in all day-to-day accounting activities. This work must be carried out with a high level of attention to detail and to the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clocking System Administration
  • Travel expenses processing and reporting same to revenue
  • Bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Cash/Card reconciliation
  • Centre specific creditors reconciliations
  • Tracking agency usage across the service
  • Dealing with queries to the finance office
  • Attending to ad hoc duties that are assigned by the Manage

 


Essential Requirements:

The role would suit a person with previous finance experience, including payroll, that wants to advance to the next level in a busy account office.

  • Previous experience in a finance function role
  • Payroll experience (desirable)
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of Xero & Brightpay (desirable, but not essential)
  • IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification (desirable)
