Role Overview
Lotus Care provides a range of residential support services to Children & Adults with intellectual disabilities in a homely and comfortable community setting.
We are looking for an accounts & payroll executive to support the Finance team in all day-to-day accounting activities. This work must be carried out with a high level of attention to detail and to the best interests of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Clocking System Administration
- Travel expenses processing and reporting same to revenue
- Bi-weekly payroll processing
- Cash/Card reconciliation
- Centre specific creditors reconciliations
- Tracking agency usage across the service
- Dealing with queries to the finance office
- Attending to ad hoc duties that are assigned by the Manage
Essential Requirements:
The role would suit a person with previous finance experience, including payroll, that wants to advance to the next level in a busy account office.
- Previous experience in a finance function role
- Payroll experience (desirable)
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Xero & Brightpay (desirable, but not essential)
- IPASS or Accounting Technician qualification (desirable)
