Due to continued expansion, O’Neill Foley are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance.

 Position Title:                                     Payroll Administrator

 Reporting To:                                     Directly to Payroll Manager – Amy Maclean Indirectly to all partners in the firm

Main Purpose and Scope:

The payroll administrator is a key team member of the O’Neill Foley team and works with a team of payroll specialists running weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a large volume of O’Neill Foley clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Running weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients
  • BrightPay Connect Employer and Employee Onboarding
  • Preparing and customizing payroll reports for clients
  • Ensuring clients are compliant with all Revenue and Statutory requirements and obligations
  • Dealing with clients and addressing their payroll queries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
  • Ad hoc duties from time to time as requested by manager/partner

Necessary Qualifications, Attitude and Experience

  • Proven payroll experience
  • IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques desirable
  • 2 years in finance/practice environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Consistent, professional dress and manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of competence with numerous software applications, particularly Microsoft Office and including but not limited to BrightPay and BrightPay Connect
  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required

Location:
