Due to continued expansion, O’Neill Foley are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring timely, accurate payroll processing and compliance.
Position Title: Payroll Administrator
Reporting To: Directly to Payroll Manager – Amy Maclean Indirectly to all partners in the firm
Main Purpose and Scope:
The payroll administrator is a key team member of the O’Neill Foley team and works with a team of payroll specialists running weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a large volume of O’Neill Foley clients.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Running weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a large volume of clients
- BrightPay Connect Employer and Employee Onboarding
- Preparing and customizing payroll reports for clients
- Ensuring clients are compliant with all Revenue and Statutory requirements and obligations
- Dealing with clients and addressing their payroll queries in a professional, friendly, and helpful manner
- Ad hoc duties from time to time as requested by manager/partner
Necessary Qualifications, Attitude and Experience
- Proven payroll experience
- IPASS Certificate in Payroll Techniques desirable
- 2 years in finance/practice environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Consistent, professional dress and manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of competence with numerous software applications, particularly Microsoft Office and including but not limited to BrightPay and BrightPay Connect
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
