We are currently seeking a Payroll Executive to join the Head Office team at Eclective Hospitality Group, with immediate start.
Hybrid role - 3 days based in Office.

- Manage the end-to-end processing of weekly payroll for approximately 800 employees using Quantum payroll software.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain confidentiality of payroll data.
- Process new starters, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
- Ensure accurate wage calculations of hours worked, via the Alkimii time and attendance system.
- Ensure full compliance with Irish payroll legislation, tax withholding of PAYE, PRSI and USC, as well as saving scheme and deductions.
- Strict adherence to pre-agreed SLAs.
- Submitting payroll data and Enhance Reporting to Revenue.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Operations and departments to ensure payroll operations run smoothly and in line with company policies.
- Act as primary point of contact for payroll related queries from employees and management across a portfolio of venues, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure data integrity through regular checks and audits
- Provide cover for the Payroll Manager during periods of annual leave or absence.
- Provide assistance of bank payments files when needed.
- Reconcile payroll reports and collaborate with Finance for accurate payroll accounting.
- Assist the implementation of the pension auto-enrolment, ensuring compliance and accurate contributions.
- Conduct payroll audits and identify areas for process improvement.
Requirements:
- IPASS qualification (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a payroll processing role (in-house weekly payroll experience desirable).
- Experience with Quantum Payroll Software is a strong advantage.
- Stay up to date with changes in payroll legislation and best practices.
