Payroll Specialist – 4 Day Week

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing payroll for our diverse range of clients across a wide variety of industry sectors, as part of the payroll team.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:-

• Managing a portfolio of clients weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll process.
• Filing & paying of monthly payroll submissions.
• Carry out payroll reconciliations using Excel.
• Provide friendly and accurate support to our clients for any payroll related matters.
• Keep up-to-date with legislative changes regarding employment, taxation and social welfare as it impacts on payroll.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.

Applicants should have:-

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience is desirable.
• IPASS Payroll qualification or similar is desirable.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task & meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full training will be provided.
