Role Description
This is a part-time role for an experienced Payroll Specialist for maternity cover. This role can be a consultancy position if required for 1-2 days per week. The Payroll Specialist will collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and efficient payroll management for our clients.
Qualification
- IPASS Qualification or equivalent
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years payroll experience
• IPASS qualification is essential.
• Strong technical knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management.
• Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required.
• Flexible, with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative team approach.
Role Description
- Processing of weekly / bi-weekly / monthly payroll both timesheet and salary based
- Calculation of bank holidays and annual leave calculation for both part-time and full-time employees
- Payroll journals
- Payroll reconciliations
