Employers who employ 150 or more employees on their chosen snapshot date in the month of June 2024 are obliged to publish their Gender Pay Gap Report within 6 months of their chosen snapshot date. This course will outline how to calculate an employee’s hourly rate of pay and how to calculate the organisation’s gender pay gap.
Aimed at Payroll Professionals, HR personnel, and staff in Accounts and Finance, this course equips those responsible for assessing and publishing their organisation’s gender pay gap.
This course is designed to be hands-on, offering the essential guidance needed to complete your Gender Pay Gap Report. Participants receive comprehensive course notes for future reference, along with a 30-day free telephone helpline for ongoing support. Conducted by a Payroll expert, the programmes aims to resolve your gender pay gap concerns.
