Once booked an Invoice will issue in due course. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque or via credit/debit card over the phone.
Cancellations must be notified in writing, no later than 7 days prior to course commencement date. A cancellation fee of €50.00 per delegate will be levied. Where cancellations are made within 7 days of the course commencement date, the full fee will be charged, although substitute delegates are welcome. No refunds are available.
