What you will be doing:

You can expect to be a key member of our tax team providing the following services:


  • Co-ordinating, managing and executing the delivery of monthly payroll services to a portfolio of companies operating in the international trade industry
  • Registration of new employees for clients and assisting with registration for MyAccount
  • Computation of monthly net pay and taxes due to the Revenue Commissioners taking into account variable pay, BIKs (including share awards), other additions, and all deductions including pension, cycle to work, tax saver etc.
  • Providing payslips and monthly reports and summaries to clients as requested
  • Filing of monthly payroll submissions
  • Preparation of year end filings
  • Processing leavers
  • Dealing with queries arising from clients and various administrative duties with respect to invoicing clients

Who are we looking for?

At least 3 years’ experience working with payroll bureau and / or in a professional Firm environment providing payroll services. Experience and proficiency working with Sage Micropay and Excel, and IPASS qualified or equivalent. Good knowledge of all aspects of Payroll processing, including understanding the treatment of all pay elements such as Pensions, Bik etc. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Demonstrated attention to detail.
