Payroll & HR Officer

Coldridge Scaffolding Ltd (CSL) is a modern scaffolding company that has a reputation for supply and erecting scaffolding to professional standards within the industry. Based in Dublin we provide an all-round service nationwide that delivers planning, design, erection, site attendance and dismantling.

We have 100 + staff and currently looking for Part/Time Payroll and HR person to join our busy growing team.

Mon/Tue/Wed

Payroll Requirements

  • Has strong inter-personal and communication skills along with excellent attention to detail
  • 5 years + experience in similar Payroll position
  • A third level Diploma/Degree or relevant qualification e.g. IPASS, Accounting Technician, Tax Technician etc
  • Knowledge of pensions deductions
  • Knowledge and Experienced in Sage Payroll
  • Knowledge and Experience of ROS submission of PAYE returns
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Be well organized, results driven and capable of working to tight deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Relevant experience within financial services

HR Requirements

  • Maintain and review HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practice.
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years + experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Good knowledge of Irish employment law and HR practices.
  • Experience in preparing contracts
  • Experience of inducting new employee and processing employment details
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Support recruitment activities including preparing job adverts, job descriptions, and interview documentation.
  • Manage HR administration processes such as employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and general documentation.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR queries, providing practical guidance to managers and staff.
  • Assist with absence management, employee welfare, and return-to-work processes.
  • Support disciplinary and grievance processes, ensuring procedures are followed correctly.
