GroForth

Based in Ranelagh, GroForth is a Virtual Outsourced Finance Department providing services such as Bookkeeping, Payroll, Management Accounts, Cashflows, Integrations and much more. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Operator to join our team, with the opportunity to gain experience in bookkeeping too if interested.

 

The role requires:

  • Complete multiple payrolls accurately and efficiently
  • Meet deadlines with weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll runs
  • Update records with new joiner/leaver information
  • Engage with clients regarding any payroll queries
  • Work closely with and support for other payroll staff

 

Requirements:

  • IPASS qualified
  • At least 1 year experience in payroll administration
  • BrightPay experience would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & IT skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programmes and Google docs
  • Organised and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, work on own initiative and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Confident in communicating with clients and other staff members
