TTM are currently recruiting for a Junior Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team in our HQ in Ennis, Co. Clare. We are particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have worked in a fast paced environments with administration skills.

This role will be based in our Ennis HQ with flexible working from home options available.


  • Processing high volume in-house weekly payroll for our Irish and UK entities.
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees and internal / external business partners.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance.
  • Continuously reviewing of existing payroll procedures and providing suggestion for improvement where required.
  • Other adhoc duties, year-end tasks

What you need to succeed:

  • IPASS certified or similar.
  • Experience in a payroll environment.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good Excel Knowledge.
  • Excellent numeracy and computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience with MegaPay software preferred.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
