BPO has its own online roster tools which we provide to our clients and links directly to our payroll system.

As a Payroll Administrator, your duties will include

  • Processing weekly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner
  • Liaising with clients with regard to payroll queries and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Processing timesheets.
  • Using ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions and Statements of Accounts.
  • Calculating holiday and public holiday entitlements for employees

Role Requirements

  • A Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) would be desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience processing Irish payroll
  • Experience using systems Sage MicroPay and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works well as part of a team
