We all encounter challenging situations with those we work with and also with some clients. Such situations can be difficult and stressful to handle. However, by learning a few simple techniques you can deal positively with these conversations, and you can also prevent many poor communication and conflict situations from happening in the first place.
Underpinning this workshop is the three-step approach which ensures difficult conversations have positive outcomes.
Each person attending will also receive their personal action journal which contains tips and exercises that are explored during the workshop. They can also use their journal to document all their ideas and actions that support their learning after they return to the office.

About The Lecturer
