The Role

We are seeking to strengthen our existing operational team and this role would be suitable for an ambitious and motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and would enjoy a hands-on role.

As an Assistant Project Supervisor your role will encompass a broad range of duties as determined by the Project co-ordinator, which shall include:

Establish deadlines and monitor progress of the Project.

These duties include the following:

  • Technical submittals through tendering process
  • Maintaining data sheets data base
  • Completing assessment forms for main contractor
  • Handover documents
  • Invoicing
  • Saving & archiving all correspondence for ISO compliance
  • Using Salesforce and tracking leads & conversion to sales
  • Assisting the site Manager with his duties – sourcing products, etc.
  • Be able to use Bolster and/or OneTrace software (on-site training provided)

Personnel Duties

You will align your duties with the Human Resource Manager’s request and ensure your records are kept updated. These duties will include the following:

  • Hiring of mewps
  • Handling queries from operatives
  • Organise training of operatives (Inhouse and outsourced training days).
  • Training Matrix – Update, set reminders, create calendar for company of those details
    a. Performance Evaluations of Operatives
    b. Reviewing employment contracts on a yearly basis
    c. Ensuring operatives understand the Employee Handbook on training days
  • 5. Vehicle matrix – create, set reminders, update
    a. Collect Insurance required data
    b. Record Penalty points and track licences of operatives

Health & Safety Duties

  • Operations & Maintenance manuals are updated and comply with client requirement
  • Safety Manual is kept updated and is comply with company policies
  • Maintain training certificate
  • Understanding the Insurance documentation and compliance with company requirements

Salary Level

  • Salary starts at €22.50 per hour with CWPS pension
  • 32 working hours, with a four-day working week (08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Thursday)
