Snow Technology operate a payroll bureau providing outsourced payroll processing services to clients ranging from multinational companies to owner managed businesses and to Public sector bodies. We are looking for a confident experienced candidate interested in working in a payroll bureau environment and who has the IPASS payroll qualification. This position offers the right candidate the opportunity to work as part of a growing team of payroll experts.
Due to continued expansion Snow Technology are seeking a full-time experienced payroll specialist based in Dublin 18. The role will suit a person with at least 3 years’ experience processing high volume payrolls.
Role
The payroll specialist will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of Weekly /Fortnightly/ Monthly payrolls.
Dealing with all aspects of the payroll process, BIK, Shares, Pensions, voluntary & statutory deductions,
Ensure Revenue & legislative compliance in all areas and ensuring that all monthly tax and annual tax, pension and compliance regulations and requirements are adhered to.
Managing correspondence and ensuring queries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
Prepare and issue GTN reports to each business unit for approval prior to finalising payroll.

Please note that this is a full-time office based role in Dublin 18 and the company is not considering hybrid or WFM applications at present.
